Privacy Policy

Information you choose to share

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message. Please share only the information you are comfortable sending by email.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests sent to prayerrequest@acalltorepent.org are used only to pray for the concerns you share. Our policy is not to retain prayer request emails. As soon as we have prayed, we permanently delete the email from our mailbox, including the trash folder. Sending a prayer request does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Deleting an email from our mailbox may not immediately remove copies held in our email provider’s backups. Those copies are subject to the provider’s retention practices.

Prayer requests may contain sensitive personal information. Please avoid including unnecessary medical, financial, or identifying details about yourself or other people.

Study guides and personal reflections

Our interactive guides provide space for personal reflection. Entering a response in a guide does not send it as a prayer request. To submit a prayer request, email prayerrequest@acalltorepent.org .

If you download your reflections, the downloaded file is saved on your device. You are responsible for where you save it and who can access it, especially when using a shared device.

Website services and technical information

Services used to host, deliver, and protect this website may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. This information may be used to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and help prevent abuse.

Cookies and embedded videos

Cookies are small files that a website or service can place on your device. Cookies used on this website depend on the features and services enabled.

Pages may include videos or other content hosted by third-party providers. When that content loads or you interact with it, the provider may collect information or use cookies under its own privacy policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Links to other websites

Our resources include links to other websites, including websites where you can read Scripture. When you follow an external link, that website’s privacy policy applies. We do not control how other websites collect or use information.

Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting, email, and other technical providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce legal rights, or address security concerns.

Keeping and protecting information

Prayer request emails are deleted as soon as we have prayed, as described above. Other personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including applicable legal and security needs. Copies may remain in service-provider backups under their retention practices.

No website, email service, or method of electronic storage can guarantee complete security. Please use care when sharing sensitive information online.

Your choices

You may contact info@acalltorepent.org to ask about personal information you have provided or request its correction or deletion. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable law and any legitimate retention requirements. Prayer request emails that have already been deleted will no longer be available in our mailbox.
